Founded in 2001 and proudly New Zealand owned, All About Promo has grown into one of the country's leading suppliers of branded promotional products, uniforms, corporate gifts and company merch webstores.

Since Andrew and Sarah Waldman became owners in 2024, the business has continued to evolve with a clear vision: helping organisations choose promotional merchandise that people genuinely want to keep and use.

OUR STORY

Andrew has spent more than a decade working in the print, signage and promotional marketing industry. Throughout that time, he saw firsthand how much promotional merchandise was designed for a single event before ending up forgotten in a drawer or worse, in landfill.

When the opportunity arose to purchase All About Promo in 2024, Andrew and Sarah recognised the chance to build something different.

Rather than simply supplying branded merchandise, they wanted to help businesses make smarter purchasing decisions by focusing on products that recipients genuinely value and continue to use.

Their vision was simple:

Grow sustainably while creating positive outcomes for customers, suppliers and the environment.

That means carefully considering every product recommendation by asking:

Is this something the recipient will actually use?
Has it been sourced from a credible and responsible supplier?
What happens to the product at the end of its life?

MEET THE TEAM

Andrew Waldman

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, from AUT University.

Since 2012, he has built his career across print, signage and promotional marketing, helping organisations develop branded merchandise programs that strengthen customer relationships, improve brand visibility and deliver measurable value.

Andrew combines strategic marketing knowledge with practical industry experience, allowing him to recommend products that not only look great but also achieve real business outcomes.

Sarah Waldman

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from the University of Auckland and has successfully managed Early Childhood Education centres throughout her career.

Her leadership, organisational skills and customer-first approach ensure every project is delivered with care, attention to detail and exceptional service.

Together, Andrew and Sarah combine commercial expertise with a genuine passion for sustainability and helping New Zealand organisations make better purchasing decisions.

Our proofing process ensures you know exactly how your branding will appear before production begins, and for larger orders we recommend requesting product samples or pre-production samples to confirm quality and branding.

If your products don't match the approved artwork or, after requesting a sample, the final product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll take the products back and provide a full refund.
